UGOLF Villenave d'Ornon

The Villenave d'Ornon Golf Club offers you a moment of calm and change of scenery in the heart of the Bordeaux metropolis.  It covers an area of 100 hectares in New Aquitaine, in the Gironde department (33). It is located 15 minutes from Bordeaux city centre, less than 10 minutes from the train station. Built on the Geneste estate, along the Garonne river, this golf course has a privileged and preserved environment. 

Its course will seduce you by its layout with its imposing greens judiciously defended by beautiful bunkers. Accessible to all golfers, even beginners thanks to its 7 tees, the course offers a multitude of technical challenges. You will have to be strategic and precise to face its welcoming fairways and protected greens. 

The structure also offers a large training area to practice your swing. You will find a driving range with 45 posts, 30 of which are covered by water, a putting green, a chipping green and a large practice bunker. Teachers are on hand to help beginners and advanced players alike. Your visit will end with a visit to the "Tchanqué", the club house. Here you can enjoy freshly prepared dishes in a cosy atmosphere or on the magnificent terrace by the lake, near the finish of the 18th hole.
